What do we look for in a Speech and Language Therapist?
Fully qualified, as well as RCLST and HCPC registered.
BSc degree as a minimum.
Relevant clinical experience for the post you are applying for.
Transferable, enhanced DBS.
Experience carrying out assessments and interventions with children or adults with a range of SLCN / with the relevant client group for the post you are applying for.
A licensed car driver with access to personal car (some exceptions to this, e.g. central London roles).
A confident self-starter.
