Speech and Language Therapist

Becoming a Speech and Language Therapist has been a deeply fulfilling experience. It all started during my first degree in Psychology, where I learned about language development and became fascinated by the magic of language – how it shapes our experience and allows us to connect with each other. As a Polish native who learned English as a second language, I’ve experienced first-hand the challenges of finding your way in a new linguistic landscape, which deepened my appreciation for the complexities of communication.

Now, after becoming a fully qualified professional, I feel extremely fortunate to be a part of this journey for others. The most rewarding aspect of my work is witnessing the moment when a client discovers their voice, whether literally or metaphorically, and seeing their confidence grow as they explore new ways of expressing themselves.

My favourite word is momentum. It’s a reminder that even small steps can lead to big changes.
